The EMdyno dynamometer is engineered for the most demanding testing scenarios. It combines high power, high speed, premium materials, and top-tier manufacturing quality—all in one package. Its 320mm hubs feature a tungsten carbide coating, ensuring smooth operation and maximum grip. Two powerful air-cooled retarders can absorb an impressive 2600Nm of torque. The 4-axis adjustable operating length covers wheelbases from 2000mm to 3500mm, the longest in the industry! The advanced drivetrain guarantees perfect synchronization of all 4 wheels at all times, regardless of the vehicle on top.
The W4-link is designed using 3D-CAD and FEM analysis to handle the expected high power and speed. Laser calibration by SKF and balancing on our in-house Schenck balancing machine minimize vibration. This ensures extremely accurate measurements and nearly maintenance-free operation. Assembled by hand by a small team of highly skilled professionals, quality is integral to its DNA!
When paired with our proprietary yourdyno software, it can run pre-programmed drive cycles or even custom cycles you create.
