In 2025, EM PERFORMANCE officially launched a newly designed full frame turbo kit for RS3, TTRS 2.5T, DAZA, and DNWA engine models. This kit is crafted from the highest - quality components and features a neat and attractive appearance. It is entirely hand - made, ensuring both durability and performance for your vehicle. Depending on different options, the power output of the kit ranges from 900 to 1400 horsepower. 

The Kit Includes And Features:

-Exhaust Manifold

Feature 1: The lengths of the exhaust manifold runners for cylinders 1 to 4 are equal. Only the runner for cylinder 5 is 4 cm longer than the others. This equal - length design of the exhaust manifold runners offers several benefits, such as optimizing exhaust pulses, reducing exhaust back - pressure, enhancing power output, and minimizing engine vibration.

 

Feature 2: The flange has an open - edge design and is fixed using the original - equipment mounting blocks instead of a screw - hole and bolts- fixing design. This ensures that it does not deform at high temperatures.


Feature 3: The turbo inlet flange of the exhaust manifold is compatible with both T3 and T4 sized turbos.

 

-4’’ DOWNPIPE AND MIDPIPE

Feature 1:The wastegate recirculation pipe is designed at a 45° angle When running the wastegate piping back into the exhaust, a low merge angle is used. This helps the gas merge smoothly into the exhaust and prevents a bottleneck when the two gases meet.

Feature 2 The Screamer Pipe is available as an option.

Feature 3:The Midpipe is also 4 inches.Rather than 3.5’’


-63mm Charge Pipe (Aluminum version)


It is fixed by two mounting brackets, ensuring it doesn't shake during intense driving.

 

The titanium alloy pipe is for demonstration; the pipe to be delivered will be made of aluminum alloy.
